A closer look at the plan
The hours target, evaluation and schedule, and competency areas.
Hours required
The target the running total counts toward.
The hours the plan requires are the target shown on the plan, on the supervisee's dashboard and in the exported hours summary. Approved hours count toward it, broken down by type.

Evaluation and schedule
How you will evaluate, and how often you meet.
Evaluation methods in your own words, and a supervision schedule with a frequency and a meeting length. The schedule is written into the plan and printed on its PDF; meetings themselves are booked in the calendar.

Competency areas
Competency areas and learning activities.
Competency areas are tags you choose. Activities are the concrete things supervision will consist of: case review, recorded meeting review, directed reading, group supervision.
